It's gonna be a lonely lonely lonely lonely day
Ah hah! My plan worked perfectly. I woke up this morning to here my mom telling the kids that she needed to go to Dothan. . .they'll be gone all day, woot. Nice, quiet house to myself, no yelling, screaming people. Ahh. On the other hand, I'll still be here all by myself (ie, no visitors; not b/c I can't, just b/c E's gonna be busy). Oh well, hopefully I'll get a lot done that I need to do. . . like my stuff for the paper and English. Gah. And I need to clean my room. . . But that's about it. Oh well, solitude is sometimes a good thing, especially when the weather's eh outside, anyway.
Phantom Planet
Lonely Day
I could tell from the minute I woke up
It was going to be a lonely lonely
lonely lonely day.
Rise and shine rub the sleep out of my eyes
And try to tell myself I can't
go back to bed
It's gonna be a lonely lonely lonely lonely day.
Even though the sun is shining down on me and I should feel about as happy as can be
I just got here and I already want to leave
It's gonna be a lonely lonely lonely lonely day
Everybody knows that something's wrong
But nobody knows what's going on
We all sing the same old song
When you want it all to go away
It's shaping up to be a lonely day
I could tell from the minute I woke up it was going to be a lonely lonely lonely lonely day.
Okay, okay, that's not a fitting song at all, I just like it. Sure, I feel lonely-ish w/out E. . . especially when he's within a five mile radius. Oh well, I will live. Onward!
